The Spell of Shattered Sight

 

I finally finished my Once Upon A Time Season 4A fan art :3 Featured in this art are Emma Swan (daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming/ Savior/ Storybrooke Sheriff), Queen Elsa of Arendelle ( I seriously don't have to explain her character/she's the same Elsa in Frozen) and Ingrid the Snow Queen (Elsa and Anna's aunt). 

I really enjoyed this arc probably because of the Frozen characters and how they connected Snow Queen to their mythology. I just wish that the Shattered Sight episode was longer because due to time constraints, I think that the effects of that curse were not fleshed out well. Anyway, I still love it and I shall wait until March 1 for the midseason premiere  :3

2014 Art Summary

 

Well it took me a while to realize that doing this would help me after seeing so many 2014 art summaries on Instagram and Facebook a week ago (Or should I say a year ago?). I just hope that this year, 2015 I can do more and better art works. Yay! :3

Elffie the Egg Elf

Here's another character from my 'Guild of Keepers' Universe that I'd like to introduce. This won't be his final design though. I did this as a practice with Adobe Flash the other day. :3

Elffie is a minor character in 'Guild of Keepers' and would serve as the groups one and only sidekick. He's also an honorary member of the guild and has strong ties to Princess Althea, the Guild's leader. Egg Elves' shell are as hard as diamond and can only be broken by an Ogre Bear's axe.

The Creatures of 'Guild of Keepers' Part 1

 I've been doing some serious world building lately for a story I call 'Guild of Keepers'. I created the characters in back in 2006 and since then a lot has evolved in terms of story, design, environment and the like. It wasn't even called 'Guild of Keepers' back then. Anyway, here are some studies I made for some creatures that would play minor roles to this mythology. These creatures are only part of just one realm. There are other realms in this story which I kind of treat like a comic book universe or something.

Ogre Bear

These bears live near the mines which holds powerful gems and stones. They are vicious and trick-masters when it comes to making deals. 

Pixie Potts

These fairies may not be as big and powerful as the regular ones but they are responsible for planting mystical flowers that can heal the sick and restore balance to nature.

Dragon Worms

These tiny little dragons can't breath fatal flames or even fly but their race is one of the smartest of all the realm and serve as book worms to those who seek knowledge of the mystic force. 

The Heart of The Truest Believer

This is my first fan art of Henry Mills from Once Upon A Time. He's the son of The Savior, adopted son of Evil Queen, Snow White,Prince Charming and Rumplestilskin's grandson, Peter Pan's Great Grandson, the Wicked Witch of the West's nephew and the Dark One's new Apprentice. And above all, he has the Heart of the Truest Believer. Crazy, right? :)

Madman Diaries: Shattered Memories

These are some stills from Madman Diaries animated short. They're actually seen as either flashback memories or pictures in the film. They play an important part to the story by providing the 'light' to the main character's own personal/inner darkness. 

These next two are photos of Finn's family. The first one taken when their father was still alive and the later taken after their father was killed in combat. 

Big Hero 6: Hiro Hamada

I watched Big Hero 6 on its first day here in the Philippines and totally loved it! It doesn't have much twists and turns in terms of story telling. But the dynamics of Hiro's relationships with his brother Tadashi and his robotic nurse Baymax made the film so special. Like Frozen, it wasn't about good vs evil but focuses more on brotherhood and the value of the people you love most. :3
